⏱ Turnaround & Scheduling

Most routine repairs and service appointments are available within 24–48 hours. For same-day service, call us before 10am and we'll do our best to fit you in. Emergency mobile service is also available β€” call us directly to discuss.
Simple repairs (appliance swaps, minor electrical, water pump) are typically same-day. Mid-level repairs (roof resealing, slide-out service, HVAC) take 1–3 days. Major repairs like engine work or roof replacement can take 1–2 weeks depending on parts availability. We'll give you a specific timeline with your estimate.

🚐 Mobile Service

Yes! We offer mobile repair service within 60 miles of each of our locations. We come to your campsite, driveway, storage facility, or wherever your RV is. A mobile service fee applies (starting at $95) to cover travel. Note: some repairs requiring a lift or specialized shop equipment must be done at our facility.
Mobile-friendly: appliance replacement, 12V electrical, water pump, fuse/breaker issues, minor plumbing, slide-out troubleshooting, propane system checks.

Shop-required: engine work, roof replacement, major structural repairs, alignment, and anything requiring a lift or large equipment. We'll let you know upfront which category your repair falls into.

Yes β€” all labor and parts are covered by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty. If a repair fails within that window due to our workmanship or a defective part, we fix it at no charge. You'll receive your warranty documentation with every completed repair.
Every technician at RoadReady holds RVIA (Recreation Vehicle Industry Association) certification. Many of our techs also hold ASE certification for chassis/mechanical work. All techs complete ongoing factory training for major brands including Winnebago, Thor, Forest River, Grand Design, and others.
We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible. When OEM isn't available or when a premium aftermarket part is clearly superior, we use only top-tier brands. We never use cheap generic parts. You'll see exactly what parts were used on your invoice.
